Our engineers have over 30 years experience in working on a wide range of machines and stock all commonly required parts for the machines we repair and maintain in order to achieve a 90% first time fix. However, in the event of the part(s) required not being immediately available it can be ordered in by our team in the office and is generally available the next day.

Our call-outs are charged from £67.50 (+vat), this is inclusive of an hour’s on-site labour. The vast majority of calls are completed in this time but in the event extra time is required this is charged at 30 minute intervals of half the call-out charge.
