We offer photocopier rentals all over Essex and London, with different options to suit all business needs. Whether you are a large business which requires multiple machines for multiple offices or a start-up company looking at renting your first machine, we have something for everyone.

Lease Rental
This is a popular option for established companies as they are able to save money by committing to a three/five year rental period with our leasing agents while ensuring their equipment is never out of date as they simply upgrade on completion of each term.

If you are currently in the process of retrieving quotes, we run our maintenance agreements separately to the lease agreement, in order to ensure you only pay for the pages you take and we do not take money for pages upfront.

‘In-House’ Rental
This is a popular option for start-up businesses who may not wish to commit to a long-term agreement. The ‘in-house’ rental is directly with ourselves and is a 90-day rolling contract.

With rental charged from £35.00 per month we simply charge a cost per page for maintenance (dependent on the age of the machine and your copy/print volumes) which provides comprehensive cover for all toner supplies, call-out to mechanical breakdown and replacement of all consumable parts required.
